These Terms govern your use of UChat. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and account

UChat is intended for adults 18 and older. You are responsible for the information you provide, your account security, and activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without authorization.

Acceptable use

UChat is a text-first social discovery service. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, sexualize, exploit, discriminate against, or share another person’s private information. Do not send links, files, contact details, or prohibited content. Respect a decline, block, and report.

Connections and messages

UChat does not provide random matching, anonymous chat, or paid access to another person. A conversation becomes available only after both people accept. Blocking or moderation can close a conversation.

Sparks and purchases

Sparks are consumable digital points with no cash value. They do not expire, cannot be transferred or redeemed for real-world goods, and can be used only to unlock optional official Bonus Topics. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. UChat does not provide external checkout or restore actions for consumable Sparks.

Moderation and termination

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may delete your account in the app. Deletion does not restore unused Sparks.
