Safety

Use the Report or block action from a person profile or conversation. Blocking immediately stops future contact in the app. We review serious safety reports as soon as practicable.

Purchases

Sparks are optional consumable points for Bonus Topics. If a purchase is not reflected, keep the Apple transaction available and contact support with your Apple receipt or transaction reference. Do not share your Apple password.

Account deletion

Open Profile > Settings > Delete account. Deletion clears your account, wallet, and non-required local history. Unused Sparks are permanently lost after deletion.
